Submission of applications
Applications regarding the assessment of proposed panel compositions must be submitted three months prior to the first site visit by the panel.
In principle, NVAO will review an application with a proposal for a panel composition within one (1) month. NVAO may request further information, and if need be request adjustments to the panel composition.
There is no charge for the assessment of proposed panel compositions.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
- NVAO will only process complete applications.
- Assessment clusters must submit a single application (assuming a standard panel composition for all the programmes within the assessment cluster).
- When submitting the application, the principal university must append the completed justification form, the independence forms, and recent curricula vitae of the panel members involved.
- As of september 2019 you can apply your panel via the panel portal.
